Coaching packages place you in a concentrated process, accelerating your growth and healing more rapidly, seeing you each week, to keep the momentum, discipline and focus going to guide you to breakthroughs in the areas you desire.
They will tune into your quantum blueprint and devise a unique coaching package that will benefit you most. There will be a blend of modalities and techniques and coaching practices included.
Valuable insights and continuing work to do between sessions will be given. This is for those ready to break through to the next stage.
Life Review
Sophie will guide you through a life review, giving you worksheets and examples to help you, evaluating your whole life so far. You will identify your current unconscious patterns, what has driven you and new commitments to yourself, moving forwards with a fresh perspective and feeling a lot lighter.
This process will look at all events in your life of significance, how you thought about them, how they affected you and most importantly how to see the gold in all situations and how to move forwards with many lessons learnt.
This shadow work, was a practice that Sophie undertook herself and it changed her life at one of her darkest moments.
Knowledge and understanding is power.
We can meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your level of support required. Sessions are £75 each for this package and there is no completion date, unless you prefer a deadline, you take the time you need to do it, the check ins will keep you on track and offer ongoing support.
At the end of the process, you will read the entire work to Sophie, a whole healing process in itself.
